Consultations and Coaching

CONSULTATIONS WITH CARINA SPRUYT (DEMed): An in-door visit to our clinic and a 60 minute in-depth analysis with Carina Spruyt (DEMed). She uses diagnostic tools, health history and 27 years of experience to guide you to a healthier you. You will get a full treatment plan, eating plan and nutritional plan.

ONLINE CONSULTATIONS WITH CARINA SPRUYT (DEMed): Online consultations with Carina Spruyt (DEMed): A 60 minute Zoom/Phone consultation with Carina. She will use your health history, 27 yrs experience and if needed blood test are done to guide you on your journey to a healthier you. You will receive a full treatment plan, eating plan and a nutritional plan.

COACHING WITH CARINA SPRUYT (DEMed): If you can not stick to an eating plan or detox plan, this is for you. Pre-program meeting with Carina to plan your program. Instructions for the protocol will be discussed in depth. Daily journaling and daily review of your journal plus feedback. Phone or Zoom meetings as needed. Post program for future planning.

ONLINE ANALYSIS WITH HEALTH ADVISOR: Answer our comprehensive questionnaire. The analysis will be done by one of our well trained advisors. A full treatment plan, eating plan and nutritional plan will be provided.
